When should I arrive for my appointment?
To take full advantage of our Spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you to check in, change your clothes, fill out your personal profile and familiarise yourself with the beautiful facilities our Spa has to offer.

Who can help me choose my Spa treatments?
Our dedicated Spa specialists will consult with you in selecting the treatments best suited to your needs. Please note all treatments are suitable for both men and women.

What should I wear to the Spa?
We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker. Please bring your swimmers if you would like to use the Aquamedic Pool and Steam Room.

What do I wear during my Treatment?
Our primary concern is your total relaxation, so please feel free to enjoy your treatment without clothing or wear your own underwear or our disposable underwear.

Mobile Phones
To ensure the total comfort and relaxation of our entire Spa clientele please ensure your mobile phone is turned off and safely stored in your locker.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for 24-hour notice, as someone else may wish to be scheduled in from our waiting list. If no notice is given a fee may be incurred. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation for any treatment over the value of $200.
Please notify our Spa Manager of any health concern or condition that may affect your Spa experience at the time of booking.
We suggest that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving our Spa to ensure the time and treatment you require are available.

Spa Chambre
A special accommodation service for our interstate and overseas clients, and those who wish to extend the pampering. We can offer a range of superbly appointed apartments overlooking Sydney’s spectacular harbour. Daily transfers to and from the Spa are included.
